More than 50 million people in Canada have already registered to vote, according to a new report from the advocacy group Thinkorswims Platform.
The platform, which launched in October, says its platform allows Canadians to vote for federal and provincial candidates, without having to go to a polling station.
The group says the app is an ideal platform for the 2016 federal election, as it allows Canadians access to both candidates and party platforms.
The website also allows Canadians the ability to request information about their candidates, which they can then upload to the platform.
The election campaign will be held in the spring.
