Bedding is no longer just a luxury product, it’s now also an essential part of most people’s lives, especially those living in cities, said Mark McLean, senior vice president and global head of products at bedding retailer Lush.
“It’s just the way we live,” he said.
“But the technology has made it easier than ever to create custom, high-quality bedding that will last you a lifetime.”
The market for bedding is worth $2.6 trillion in the U.S. alone, according to research firm NPD Group.
But the best beds, according an analysis by Lux Research, are not the ones you find in a hardware store, but the ones that you buy online and pick up on your own.
Lush’s website offers a selection of over 1,600 bedding options from brands such as Bed Bath & Beyond, Nolo, A.C. Bed, Sleepy Hollow and More.
But those brands’ bedding prices have grown steadily over the years.
As the price of the bed has gone up, so has the cost of its materials.
While some brands have gone to great lengths to find the best materials, the trend is more toward brands offering more expensive options.
Lately, that’s led to the emergence of the cheapest beds online, said McLean.
The trend has been fueled by the popularity of a trend that started in 2015 with the rise of the “Amazon Prime” delivery service.
That service has led to more people being able to order their own bedding online, and Lush has become the go-to place for people to shop.
LUSH has also become a key player in the $7 billion mattress industry, McLean said.
It has a partnership with a company called Mattress Firm that specializes in the manufacturing of mattresses, and the firm is a major player in that space, Mclean said.
With more than 20,000 products and more than a million square feet of inventory, Lush is the biggest seller of beds online.
The company also has its own platform to let people customize their own beds.
“If you’re a retailer, you want to know what your customers are looking for, and that’s a great place to start,” McLean told CNN.
“And if you’re not a retailer and you want the best bed for your customers, that can be an even better place to be.”
The platform also offers a variety of products that are designed to appeal to different budgets.
Lushes products are more affordable than competitors’ because they don’t require much effort, McLeod said.
Products such as mattresses and beds come in all sizes and colors.
The company has a variety with different materials that can range from durable, to more casual, McGlone said.
But it also has products that can cost thousands of dollars.
And the bedding can come in many shapes and sizes, and there are lots of different designs available, he said, as well.
“The market is for a range of people and that has been one of the reasons Lush became so popular,” McGlane said.
